Thanks for the link...I love Iron and Wine. I'm also going to try the bananna pudding vegan style! I've got a blog with various creations as well, check it out at bingecafe.blogspot.com. I still haven't posted my recipe for vegan nachos (it really is delicious) but that's coming soon.
